Re: Preferred Pricing for NAM members Procurement
Over the years there has been an ongoing conversation within municipalities about how we can save money by collectively purchase supplies and equipment. Over the past year, we have reviewed several purchasing options and we’re pleased to announce that we have signed an agreement to formally collaborate with the Canoe Procurement Group of Canada.
Canoe is a cross-Canada purchasing group that serves the municipal, non-profit, and public sectors. It was formed from a collaboration between a handful of Canadian municipalities in 1936, and has since expanded to offer its procurement programs to more than 5,000 member organizations across the country. Canoe programs cover everything from office supplies to construction equipment, all tendered on members’ behalf and available at preferred pricing.
Through this agreement, NAM members are eligible to leverage Canoe’s programs to procure the goods and services needed to keep their communities running efficiently and economically.
